Weight Loss Motivation

Hello. My name is Terri.  I am overweight, and am doing Weight Watchers to help me shed these unwanted pounds.  I designed this site to put help links, tips, recipes and other motivational information on it to help me along the way.  I decided to post it to the web, so that others, in the same boat as I am, can also use this information.
